Person-Centered

You are on your Board of Directors
Support is to one person

Organizational

Board is voluntary
Minimum of three Board members
Board includes others outside of your family circle
Microboard is employer of record

Accountability

Provider/vendor to IRIS
Follows sound provider/vendor practices to submit claims for services
System for tracking and submitting claims for your individual support and services plan
Adheres to WI Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) policies
