      - Have a phone conversation with a WMA representative
 
      - Review Guidebook II and Appendix to Guidebook II
 
    
   
  - WMA Recognition – Once your Microboard is Established
    
      - Complete WMA Self-Assessment
 
      - Dialogue with WMA representative
 
      - Letter of Recognition issued to your Microboard
 
      - Annual Self-Assessment Survey and phone conversation with WMA to reissue Letter of Recognition
 
      - Established Microboards contribute and annual membership fee to the Association
 
    
   
  - On-Going Involvement with WMA – Keeping Things Fresh
    
      - Participate in WMA learning or teaching opportunity once a year
 
      - Attend a WMA peer meeting once a year
 
      - Phone conversation with a WMA representative on topic, “What do you need?” once a year
 
      - Advise WMA along with your IRIS consultant if there is a change in the focus person’s status of the person’s Microboard
